These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 577y3pa website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 577y3pa. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

577y3pa reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 577y3pa regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with their English-language meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation that best reflects the intention of 577y3pa as a safe, fair, and player-focused online gaming platform shall prevail.

Use of the 577y3pa Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

577y3pa employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request. If 577y3pa has reason to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the account will be suspended pending verification. If the verification confirms ineligibility, the account will be permanently closed and any balance handled in accordance with 577y3pa's account closure policy.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 577y3pa Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. 577y3pa uses technical and operational measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided.

You must not share your login details with any other person. 577y3pa will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. • Use a strong, unique password for your 577y3pa account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your 577y3pa account from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Do not share your password or one-time verification codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 577y3pa support — 577y3pa support staff will never ask for your password.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to 577y3pa support without delay.

All financial transactions on the 577y3pa Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. 577y3pa supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on the 577y3pa Platform is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly and credited to your account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective Bangladeshi banking institution. 577y3pa does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 577y3pa's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 577y3pa payments team during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 577y3pa account holder. 577y3pa reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.

Withdrawal Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the receiving institution. 577y3pa is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or technical outages outside of 577y3pa's direct control.

• Funds deposited to your 577y3pa account are held for the exclusive purpose of placing bets and playing games on the Platform.
• 577y3pa does not pay interest on player account balances.
• Deposits that have not been used for any gaming activity within 12 months may be subject to a dormancy review under 577y3pa's inactive account policy.
• Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities.

From time to time, 577y3pa offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. The specific terms for any active promotion — including the wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date — will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on the 577y3pa Platform carry a wagering requirement, which means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to eligible players only. A player who has self-excluded, has an account under investigation, or holds a duplicate account is not eligible to receive or retain any bonus. 577y3pa reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotion terms, or where the account is found to be ineligible.

Bonus Abuse: 577y3pa operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement; withdrawing bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the promotion; and colluding with other players to share or transfer bonus balances. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

You agree at all times to comply with these Terms, any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 577y3pa Platform. Any player found engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will not be paid out.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 577y3pa Platform, its servers, databases, or underlying systems.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel associated with the 577y3pa Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements or self-exclusion restrictions.

577y3pa reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reason to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred. During such investigations, the account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds may be withheld until the investigation is complete. 577y3pa will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via the registered email address.

577y3pa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or subsequent verification.
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing active or suspended account.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The account has remained inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• The account holder has self-excluded and is attempting to register a new account in contravention of the self-exclusion agreement.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your 577y3pa account voluntarily, please contact the support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. Your request will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion closes your account for a period of your choosing — from a minimum of 30 days to a permanent exclusion — and prevents you from re-registering during that period. The dormancy fee, if applicable, will be stated in the notification and will not exceed ৳200 per month. The account holder may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification steps.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577y3pa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling activity; technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to service beyond 577y3pa's reasonable control; errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers; or delays in payment processing attributable to external payment gateway providers.

Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on the 577y3pa Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by 577y3pa's game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 577y3pa does not alter, influence, or have advance knowledge of any game outcome. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by the relevant game studio provider shall be the authoritative source of truth.

Platform Availability: 577y3pa aims to provide continuous access to the Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 577y3pa's control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. 577y3pa will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. 577y3pa shall not be liable for any losses claimed to have been incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

Third-Party Content: The 577y3pa Platform may display content, games, and services provided by third-party studio partners. 577y3pa is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content. Any dispute arising directly from a third-party game or service should be raised in the first instance with 577y3pa support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 577y3pa's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
